Team

In a little over a year since Accelerate’s inception our team has grown to 20 full-time accountants. Throughout the year we are continuously hiring and growing our teams based on the clients’ demands and growing volume of work. All our associate and senior associates have at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields (Finance, Business, Economics) and are in the process of their Kosovar CPA training.

Leadership

As of today, our team consists of a hierarchy that is designed to support upper management and ensure that only high-quality work is delivered to our clients. Our CEO is supported by the department managers and vice managers that oversee the day-to-day work duties. Each manager is allocated to specific clients to ensure quality control and that the best accounting practices are used by the staff.

Shend is a Rochester Institute of Technology graduate with a focus on international business management and digitalization. Shend specializes in data security and lead the Lawful Interception unit within the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic of Kosovo, working closely with law enforcement agencies. His prime focus is in helping US companies reduce labor cost, therein expand their operations, grow their businesses and enhance profitability through the solutions offered by Accelerate. He spearheads all the firm’s efforts with the aim of providing world-class services and assistance to the client/partner.

Erjona is a University of Nottingham UK graduate with a focus on leadership, life-long learning and organizational development. As someone who has recently transitioned from the education field to business development, Erjona ‘s goal is to use her expertise to create a positive workplace environment, empower staff, and continue expanding the business. With over seven years of experience in education, she understands the importance of cultivating a culture of learning and growth. She is excited to apply her skills and knowledge to drive success for Accelerate Solutions and help the team achieve their full potential.
